Piglet & Co. is a boutique marketing agency based in Larnaca, Cyprus.

What we collect

From our forms (contact, free audit, etc.) Your name, email address, business name, and any information you choose to share in the fields provided. This is collected only when you submit a form.

From your browser (automatically) Basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device, and pages visited. This is collected through Google Analytics and Squarespace analytics. We use this to understand how people use the site.

Why we collect it

  • To respond to you. If you send us a message, we use your details to reply.

  • To review free audit submissions. So we can prepare and send the audit back to you.

  • For marketing. If you've given us permission, we may send occasional updates about Piglet & Co. or relevant services. You can unsubscribe at any time.

  • To improve the site.Analytics help us understand what's working and what isn't.

We do not sell your data. Ever.

Who we share it with

Your data is accessed by the Piglet & Co. team when relevant to the work.

We also use the following service providers who process data on our behalf:

  • Squarespace (USA)

  • Google (USA)

  • Meta (USA)

Some of these providers are based outside the European Economic Area. Where this is the case, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and other GDPR-approved safeguards for international data transfers.

How long we keep it

  • Form submissions from non-clients: up to 2 years, then deleted.

  • Client data: 7 years, in line with Cyprus tax and accounting requirements.

  • Newsletter subscribers: until you unsubscribe.

  • Analytics data: anonymised and retained according to Google Analytics' standard settings (currently 14 months).

Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you

  • Ask us to correct it if it's wrong

  • Ask us to delete it

  • Object to how we're using it

  • Withdraw consent at any time (for marketing communications)

  • Lodge a complaint with the Cyprus Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. Significant changes will be communicated to anyone affected.
